Arbitration proceedings
Prof. Dr. L. Grosskopf is one of the fifteen German panellist for arguments over .eu-Domainnames at the Arbitration Center for .eu Disputes in Prag. So far the Arbitration Center does not provide a free text-search in the published decisions. To be up to date with the tendencies of the decisions is thus not easy, why the law firm offers via the database "decisions" this free text-search.

+ A leading plus sign indicates that this word must be present in text that is returned. Works also in combination of two or more expressions, word order is not considered.

- A leading minus sign indicates that this word must not be present in text that is returned. Note: The - operator acts only to exclude text that is otherwise matched by other search terms. It works only in combination with other expressions. There is no single use returning all rows except those containing any of the excluded terms possible.

"" A phrase that is enclosed within double quotes characters matches only text that contain the phrase literally, as it was typed. If there are non-word characters in the phrase, they must be typed. For example, "test phrase" does not match "test, phrase&rsquo".
